Oxfam Australia wanted to reinvigorate their digital acquisition activity and were keen to see if an ebook value proposition trialled by Oxfam France could work in the Australian market. Existing supporter insights, combined with a willingness to try a new tactic saw Oxfam approach Tone Studio and Change&Co to revamp this idea for a new audience.
