Composed, resourceful, and scarily efficient, Coco is the calm, methodical heart of Tone’s operations. She keeps our clients informed, our creatives on track, and our studio running like clockwork – all while helping to foster a warm, nurturing environment where collaboration reigns and creativity thrives.
With extensive experience as an executive assistant within the high-pressure construction industry, the “never flustered” Coco brings level-headed professionalism to the management of Tone’s day-to-day operations.
Attracted by our values-driven culture and the opportunity to make a positive impact through her work, Coco joined Tone in 2019 just as our studio began to expand. She played an essential role in scaling up our operations and developing our project management capabilities, instantly becoming an invaluable member of our team.
Coco takes great pride in making each project as seamless as possible for our clients, team members, and creative partners – constantly seeking ways to improve our systems, processes, and communications channels as technology and best practice evolves.
Active and ocean-loving, outside of work Coco is a passionate volunteer at her local surf lifesaving club. She finds the skills she’s learned from years performing first aid and surf rescue are equally applicable at work: “Whether it’s an emergency on the beach, or a crisis in the studio, I always try to approach each situation like professional first responders do: stay calm, assess the situation and identify exactly what needs to be done – then take swift, precise action.”
